Scientists from Newcastle University have discovered that the “fat” in organic milk has 50% more Omega3 than conventional milk.

According to the study performed on cows all around the world, half a litre of organic full fat milk has 39mg of very-long-chain Omega 3s, compared to 25mg found in conventional milk. Other sources of high DHA/EPA intake are: egg yolks, salmon or fresh tuna.
