Mindful eating helps to track not just every meal, but every bite. When you are mindful of everything you put in your mouth, you’re more in touch with each meal. And essentially will eat less.

Think about what you’re eating, while you’re eating. Put your knife and fork down while you’re chewing in between bites, and don’t eat whilst watching TV / at your desk / on your iPhone!
