I love basil, I could just about roll it up and smoke it or maybe even make a mud hut out of it and live in it. Basil is great raw, in salads, cooking and even as an essential oil for therapeutic purposes. It smells wonderful and tastes like awesomeness.

Basil is an excellent source of vitamin K (more so when used as a herb), calcium, iron, vitamins A and C, magnesium, manganese, potassium and fibre. It not only has many properties that provide pain and stress relief, but also reduces inflammation and helps protect the body from cell mutation (oxidation) and promotes heart health.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it!
